When my computer wasn't even a month old, my battery won't charge!! ♦ i'm not a lenovo employee,. Chris bartle has a good response. i start with removing the battery. if you can run your laptop without the battery, that means it can get power, but the battery isn’t “consuming” it.. My lenovo laptop is plugged in but won't work when open lenovo energy management or lenovo companion and set battery charge threshold for optimal battery.
